How To Make A Pain Relief Tea
Are your joints and bones feeling the effects of this passing winters harsh weather like mine are? If you replied no then that’s excellent! For the rest of us arthritic, injured, or just average old tired people out there who said yes I hold something that may lend a hand.
I make this tea that fights inflammation and particularly when my back is annoying me. Pain-killers are not an option for me, over the counter Tylenol or NSAIDS because of they damage the stomach and liver. In addition to the side-effects, I am allergic to many drugs so I've had to become quite resourceful in how to handle the pain after 3 back surgeries. Now you may tell “oh but I just take Tylenol from time to time and it can’t be that serious”. I believed the same thing and ended up with ulcers, esophageal burns, intestinal and stomach bleeding that I am still struggling with.
OK! so enough of that, let's discuss natural solutions to pain that you can easily make on your own with food straight from your kitchen.
