7 Things Healthy People Do Every Morning



The song "Happy" by Pharrell Williams wakes me up every morning. It’s hard to keep your face tight when this song plays. This, joined with the other habits below, set the tone for a productive, happy and healthy day.

1. A Glass of Water should be taken As Soon As You Wake Up
If you take a glass of water as soon as you wake up, it revs up the digestive system, helps to rehydrate the body, and aids free flowing. If the body is constantly hydrated, there will be positive changes such as like smooth skin and quality digestion. It’s better if you add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

2. Avoid Your Email or Phone for At Least an Hour

Your mind can be focused, clearer and happier if you can stay away from your cell phone for at least an hour. It is a bad habit to keep your phone next to you and grab for it first thing when you wake.

3. Try to Remember One Thing You Are Great full For

If u can think of more than one, better. It will help your mind remain positive throughout the day.

4. For a While, Step Outside and Take a Deep Breath

Let your lungs be filled with fresh air even if it’s cold outside. It reminds you that you are still living. you can do it for as brief as 10 seconds.

5. Move Your Body

You ease blood flow by moving your body. A little movement of the body is a great way to get the blood flowing and shake the body into wake-up mode. A few stretches is a good option. Or you can turn on your favorite song and dance like you're all alone.

6. Take Time to Eat a Healthy Breakfast

A balanced diet is important, aim on getting real foods in your body. Eggs, soaked oats, and smoothies are all great options. (And preparing them is not so time-consuming) It’s worth a try.

7. Speak Your Affirmations

Look in the mirror and say something positive to yourself. Some ideas:

  • I emit beauty, grace and confidence.  
  • My body cells are healthy and vibrant.
  • When I look after myself, I feel great.
